Who We Are

Israel's leading façade design office.

Established in 2004, L. Efraim specialises in the design and engineering of building envelopes, curtain walls, and exterior cladding across a wide range of materials, from aluminium and glass to titanium, copper, zinc, terracotta, and HPL. We lead the field of façade design in Israel, delivering solutions that meet the highest international and Israeli standards.

Our work spans complex, high-profile projects in Israel and abroad, for clients and developments including Microsoft, Da Vinci Towers, Tzahala Towers, and Herzliya Hills. We provide comprehensive supervision from initial concept and detailed design through to delivery on the factory floor, supported by advanced planning and calculation technologies developed exclusively in-house.

Featured Façade Projects

From geometry to the factory floor.

01

Curtain Wall Systems

Unitized and stick-built curtain wall systems engineered for weather-tightness, wind loads, structural performance, and precise architectural sightlines — from concept and detailing through structural sign-off.

02

Envelope Cladding

Ventilated façades and rainscreen cladding in stone, metal, terracotta, glass, and composite panels — a versatile range of materials engineered and detailed for durability, performance, and long-term service life.

03

Parametric Rationalization

Reducing thousands of unique geometries into a controlled set of fabrication families — transforming complex architectural designs into efficient, precise, and buildable façade systems.

04

Fabrication Documentation

Production-ready drawings and precise dimensional data delivered directly to the factory floor, maintaining millimetre-level tolerances across every component.

Parametric design, built for fabrication.

We transform complex architectural geometry into rationalised, buildable façade systems using parametric modelling and optimisation workflows developed in-house. The result: fewer fabrication types, tighter tolerances, and high-performance designs that move seamlessly from concept to factory floor.

Structural tolerances maintained across every component

Concept

Defining the initial structural intent and architectural envelope logic through precise geometric data. We work directly with the architect’s surface model to establish a clear foundation for façade design and engineering.

Parametric Model

Computational geometric optimisation for material efficiency, structural precision, and visual impact. Our proprietary tools go beyond conventional commercial parametric software, enabling greater control over complex façade geometry.

Rationalization

Rationalising thousands of unique panels into the minimum viable set of fabrication types — preserving the architectural design intent while making the project manufacturable, efficient, and cost-effective.

Fabrication

Direct-to-factory data integration, maintaining structural tolerances of up to 0.5 mm across all components. CNC files, shop drawings, and dimensional schedules delivered in the factory’s required format.

Browser-Based Façade Panel Management

PanelX

A high-fidelity management platform built specifically for building façades. Track every panel from the factory floor through final installation with real-time data, precise panel information, and seamless DWG integration.

AI CAD Automation — 3D to 2D

FlatForge

Transform complex 3D architectural models into production-ready 2D flat patterns. FlatForge automates geometric rationalization and unfolding, delivering millimetre-level precision for CNC fabrication.
